July Wrap Up 2017

Well July’s reading did not go to plan at all. I don’t know if I’m in a slump but I only read 3 books this month. I’m hoping August will be a lot better, plus it’s my Birthday month so Yay! On to the books I read:

The Great Gatsby by F. Scott Fitzgerald – 4 Stars.

Frozen Charlotte by Alex Bell – 5 Stars

Lost Boy by Christina Henry – 5 Stars. (I’ll be doing a full review on this in the next couple of days.)

There you have it my very short wrap up. I really hope next month is better as I’m falling behind on my reading goal.

How did your reading go for July?

  1. Hope August will be a good reading month for you ❀

My July started very slow, especially after reading Β«Lord of ShadowsΒ» by Cassandra Clare. I disliked it so much that I've fallen in a little bit of a reading slump. But! The Booktube-a-Thon during the last week of July really helped me to boost those numbers and reading goals!

Oh that’s a shame but I’m glad it picked up for you. I tried to take part and failed haha I only read one book for it. I’m hoping with bout of books being this month I will be able to boost my reading numbers as I’m currently 10 behind schedule. Well done with Booktubeathon πŸ™ŒπŸ“š

      1. Thank you ❀ I'm very excited for August actually. Have a few small trips planned (just around the area where I live) and taking a few days off work too. Beach reading will be finally a thing for me! πŸ˜€
